Two slightly different studios,
one idea
Königsplatz
is the city one. Quick before work, on your lunch break, on the way home. You come in, you train, you’re back out in the middle of Munich.
Pasing
is where we stretched out. More space, more formats, and the whole wellness world with sauna, cold plunge, infrared and red light.
Both are women only, from the door to the café. And your credits work at both, so you never have to pick one.

In the middle of Maxvorstadt, minutes from Hauptbahnhof and Königsplatz. Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Strength, pre- and postnatal classes and much more from six in the morning through to the evening. Vegan café for before and after.
The one to come to if your day happens in the city.
PASING

Directly at Bahnhof Pasing, ten minutes from Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn. Our biggest studio, with the Golden Temple for Reformer, the Red Temple for mat classes, and the whole Wellness Space with sauna, cold plunge, infrared and our Redlight Recovery Space.
The one to come to when you want the recovery, not just the class.
One pass, both studios
Since September, all newly purchased Drop-Ins and packages work at Königsplatz and Pasing. Book whichever one fits your day, your route home or your mood.
It took a fair bit of work behind the scenes to make that happen, and we’re glad it’s done.
One small note: packages bought before 18 September stay tied to the studio they were bought for and can’t be transferred.
What's the same in both
Women only, always. Teachers who know your name. A broad spectrum of classes taught in English as soon as one woman in the room doesn’t speak German. Fully equipped class rooms, showers, water, everything you need.
And a vegan café in both houses, because the hour after class is part of it.
