You Are Not Alone
A safe, quiet space to share, to listen, and to feel held by women who understand.
Every last Sunday of the month at 4:30 PM at HERSPACE Pasing.
you are not alone
What this circle is about
Every last Sunday of the month at 4:30 PM at HERSPACE Pasing, we come together in a safe, relaxed, judgment-free space to share, listen, and connect.
This is an invitation to speak openly about life, emotions, motherhood, challenges, dreams, or simply to sit and listen in the presence of others who understand.
There is no pressure, no expectation, and no need to have the right words. You can share as much or as little as you like.
Our intention is simple. To remind each other that we are not alone, that we can lean on one another, and that real connection grows from honest exchange.
Whatever unfolds here is welcome, and nothing is forced.
HOW OUR 90 MINUTES UNFOLD
Arrival & Welcoming
Step out of the daily rush, pour yourself a cup of warm tea, find your nest of cushions, and settle in. This is your time to simply arrive exactly as you are.
Opening & Introduction
Sibel gently opens the circle, grounding our energy with a brief breath or meditation. She then introduces this month’s theme, setting the stage for our conversation.
Closing & Integration
Sibel brings our shared insights together and anchors the evening’s energy. We close with a gentle integration, so you can leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply supported.
you decide what we talk about
Before every Circle we put two topics up for a vote on Instagram. The one that gets more votes is the one we sit with. That way the evening is about what’s actually going on for you right now, not what we assumed.
Voting opens two weeks before each Circle over on @herspace.munich. Follow along so you don’t miss it.
Topic 1: The Invisible Load
The mental list nobody sees. Who remembers the birthdays, notices when something runs out, keeps track of everyone’s schedule. It rarely shows up as work, and it never stops running in the background.
Topic 2: Back into the Rhythm
The mental list nobody sees. Who remembers the birthdays, notices when something runs out, keeps track of everyone’s schedule. It rarely shows up as work, and it never stops running in the background.

Topic 1: Making Peace with Your Body
Most of us have spent years being at odds with the body we live in. This evening isn’t about learning to love it. It’s about what changes when you stop fighting it.
Topic 2: Boundaries with Confidence
Saying no is easy in theory. In practice it comes with guilt, a long explanation, and sometimes a yes anyway. We talk about the ones we managed to hold and what happened after.

Topic 1: When a Relationship Ends
Whether it just happened or years ago, an ending reshapes a lot more than your relationship status. Bring what you’re carrying. Nobody here needs the full story to understand.
Topic 2: Letting Go of Comparison
Someone is always further along. Better job, better body, better year. We look at where comparison actually comes from and what it’s costing us.
meet your host
Sibel
Community Host & Studio Manager at HERSPACE
Born and raised in Munich with Turkish roots, Sibel’s journey has always been guided by female expression and community. As a certified yoga and pilates teacher and Studio Manager of our women-only sanctuary, she has dedicated her path to a heartfelt mission: creating safe, empowering spaces where women can truly arrive, connect, and thrive.
For Sibel, hosting community events is about far more than gathering in a room. It’s about creating a sacred container, a soft place to land where women can shed their daily roles, tap into their inner truth, and remember their innate strength and intuition.
Blending her studies in Cultural Anthropology and Philosophy with yogic philosophy and female empowerment, Sibel brings a grounding yet spacious energy to every event. With a deep devotion to community and the power of women lifting each other up, she invites you to share with intention and honesty, and to celebrate the quiet wisdom within the group.
