what is HERSPACE ?
Here, you train with women only, with zero judgment and zero pressure to perform. Our class program follows your cycle, so some days call for strength and speed, like Reformer Pilates or Bootcamp, and others call for stillness and recovery, like Yin Yoga or a slow flow.
The vibe here is calm and warm, closer to a retreat than a typical gym. On top of the studio rooms, you’ve got our rooftop sauna to unwind in, a café for a coffee or a smoothie before or after class, and a whole community of women who genuinely show up for each other, whether that’s at a Women’s Circle, a workshop, or just chatting on the mat next to you.

Oops, running late? Here’s what to know:
Our trainers put so much love into every session – and the warm-up is super important for your safety and flow.
For Reformer and Strength classes, we might be able to let you in up to 5–10 minutes late – but only if it doesn’t disrupt the vibe.
Yoga starts right on time and we close the door at the exact start – we begin with a calm meditation, and want everyone to feel settled and safe.
If you miss your class, there’s maybe a chance to hop into another one (if there’s space). We’ll always try our best for you – but can’t promise.
Best tip: Plan a little extra time – it helps you arrive peacefully and keeps the magic of the class alive for everyone.
Can I rent or buy wellness essentials on-site?
Yes, you are welcome to rent or purchase wellness essentials on-site if you need them.
Towel rental: 5€
If you prefer, you can also purchase slippers for 1€.

Do you teach in english?
Yes, we teach in english, if at least one person does not speak german.
Cancellation Policy
We have deliberately set a cancellation deadline of 12 hours before the course starts to ensure fair conditions for all participants. Cancellations (for any reason) outside of this timeframe cannot be credited, as we clearly communicate in advance. It is important to us to cover costs while also ensuring fair compensation for our trainers, which is why we cannot make any exceptions. You can cancel all courses on your own at any time. You have access to this feature via our booking apps.
Please note that our entire offer is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel a class—whether by yourself or due to other reasons—all purchased tickets will be credited to your account. You can then use these credits to book new classes at any time.

Yes, we have beautiful showers for you.

Do you rent the rooms of HERSPACE?

Is the Café open for public?
The café will be open to all women.
How do credits work?
You buy a package of credits and can use them for various classes, each with a different duration and corresponding credit value. This system is super fair and flexible.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat to the class?
You don’t need to bring your own yoga mat – we provide high-quality, non-slip mats that are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Looking forward to seeing you in class!

How long are my Credits valid?
Credits purchased at HERSPACE via bSport are valid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase according to the package. Within this period, credits can be used flexibly for all classes. Credits are non-refundable and will expire if not used within the validity period. You can conveniently purchase credits directly through the official HERSPACE website.
Please note: The Welcome Package, offered at a special reduced price, is only valid for 1 month and cannot be extended—no matter the reason. So be sure to make the most of it and enjoy every moment!

How to book a class?
1. Download the App – Search for HERSPACE.MUNICH in the App Store and install it. Alternatively, you can see the course schedule on our website: https://www.herspace-munich.com.
2. Create Your Profile – Sign up and set up your account.
3. Go to the Schedule – Click on the “Kursplan” to see all available classes.
4. Choose Your Class – Select the class you want to join and click weiter (continue).
5. Select Your Pass or preferred Ticket
6. Confirm Your Booking – Click kaufen (purchase) to complete your registration.
7. Check In at the Studio – When you arrive, scan the QR code in your Wellpass app to check in.
What do I need to bring?
You are welcome to bring a towel for showering afterwards and an additional towel for the sauna. We recommend bringing a hamam towel or any large towel so that you can fully sit on it in the sauna, ensuring that no skin touches the wood. You can choose to enter naked or in skin-friendly textile.
To make your visit extra comfortable, you may also bring a bathrobe. If you want to use the cold plunge, you can choose to enter with or without a dedicated bikini or bathing suit.
Slippers are mandatory in the studio, so make sure to bring your bathing shoes or flip-flops.
If you prefer to travel light, we also offer a few items at the studio for an additional fee. You can rent a hamam sauna towel, and single-use slippers are available for purchase.
Any cooperations with Urban Sports Club, Wellpass, Wellhub or Classpass?
Yes, you can join via several partner platforms. 🤍
All partner platforms allow one check-in per day, which means you can choose whether to use your check-in for a 60-minute wellness ritual or for one of our classes.
With WELLPASS / EGYM, both the Guided Wellness Journey (60 min) and the Self-Guided Wellness Flow (60 min) are available. The Guided Wellness Journey requires an additional co-payment. Please book this session through our booking system and select the WELLPASS / EGYM Wellness Ticket.
With Urban Sports, Wellhub, and ClassPass, the Self-Guided Wellness Flow (60 min) can be booked directly in their apps.
How can I get access to the Wellness Space?
You can access the Wellness Space through booking either the Guided Wellness Journey or the Self-Guided Wellness Flow. You can book both just like any regular class easily through our app or website. Simple, seamless, and ready when you are.
