How can I buy a gift card?
You can buy a gift card here: Gift Card Purchase.
- Choose an amount: €30, €60, €90, or €150.
- Add a personal message and your name.
- Select how you want to receive it:

Cancellation Policy
We have deliberately set a cancellation deadline of 12 hours before the course starts to ensure fair conditions for all participants. Cancellations (for any reason) outside of this timeframe cannot be credited, as we clearly communicate in advance. It is important to us to cover costs while also ensuring fair compensation for our trainers, which is why we cannot make any exceptions. You can cancel all courses on your own at any time. You have access to this feature via our booking apps.
You teach in english?
Yes, we teach in english, if at least one person does not speak german.
Booking, Credits AND Discounts
How do I cancel a class in the app?
- Open your app.
- Tap on Bookings at the bottom.
- You’ll see all the classes you’ve signed up for.
- If you are within the 12-hour cancellation period, you can cancel for free.
If you booked with credits, they will be refunded to your account.
How to Make a Guest Booking?
- Open your HERSPACE.MUNICH app.
- You can only book a guest once per week.
- At least two spots must be available in the class (for you and your guest).
- Select your desired class, scroll down, and click Add a Guest.
- Enter your guest’s first name, last name, and email. Click Confirm.
- Choose a pass from your existing ones or buy a new package.
- The required credits will be deducted for both you and your guest.
Your guest is now successfully booked!

How to book a class?
1. Download the App – Search for HERSPACE.MUNICH in the App Store and install it. Alternatively, you can see the course schedule on our website: https://www.herspace-munich.com.
2. Create Your Profile – Sign up and set up your account.
3. Go to the Schedule – Click on the „Kursplan“ to see all available classes.
4. Choose Your Class – Select the class you want to join and click weiter (continue).
5. Select Your Pass or preferred Ticket
**6.** Confirm Your Booking – Click kaufen (purchase) to complete your registration.
7. Check In at the Studio – When you arrive, scan the QR code in your Wellpass app to check in.
How long are my Credits valid?
Depending on your package you book, the credits are valid from 3 – 12 months starting from your first class booking.
What do you offer?
We offer 3 Spaces for every feeling and every need. Our Classes: Reformer Pilates, Yoga, The spicy Bootcamp, Barre Sculpt & many more. You see all classes on the website.
How do credits work?
You buy a package of credits and can use them for various classes, each with a different duration and corresponding credit value. This system is super fair and flexible.

Is the Café open for public?
Yes, the café will be open to all women.
Do you rent the rooms of HERSPACE?
This is planned for a later time. Feel free to submit your proposal here in the meantime here.

HERSPACE is located at Karlstrasse 44, 80333 München / Maxvorstadt, next to Königsplatz and near by Hauptbahnhof. Perfectly to reach.

Yes, we have beautiful showers for you.
