the CONCEPT:

The × STRENGTH METHOD is a movement-intelligent framework for modern training –
for future or existing trainers who want guidance in a world full of conflicting methods, trends and social media advice.

It combines Pilates principles, ballet-based techniques and sports science-based training theory into a system that creates clarity – and at the same time gives you freedom in teaching.

Movement is precisely structured, intensity is consciously developed – comprehensible, efficient and effective.

Music is part of the methodology:
It provides timing, rhythm and orientation – and keeps the flow and energy in the room when words become too much.

The × STRENGTH METHOD is for women who really want to understand training.
For trainers who want to stop improvising –
and start teaching in a safe, structured and contemporary way.

By combining ballet technique, Pilates principles and modern training theory, THE BARRE × STRENGTH METHOD® unites the best of different forms of movement in a system that combines elegance, control and strength.

In this versatile course, we will show you how to build quality and develop intensity with the help of Pilates principles, without losing the dynamics and flow of a moving class.

Pilates principles are combined with modern training theory.
The movement unfolds safely, the intensity is consciously created –
supported by music that provides structure and creates flow.
