Light-filled and grounding, designed for flow, burn, and balance.
THE RED SPACE — Red Light & Recovery
A sanctuary for restoration, longevity, and nervous system care.

Our class program brings together movement, mindfulness, and longevity — and is thoughtfully designed to support you through every phase of your cycle. Some days call for strength and heat, others for softness and restoration.
Here, you’re invited to choose how you feel today, not what you think you should do.
From Reformer Pilates, 90’s Barre, Spicy Pilates Fusion to Gentle Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Soundbath, Candle Light Yoga, and Cacao Women Circles, each class meets you exactly where you are.
