You buy a package of credits and can use them for various classes, each with a different duration and corresponding credit value. This system is super fair and flexible.

At HERSPACE Munich, both our locations — Königsplatz and Pasing — invite you to explore a curated selection of classes and rituals designed to move, strengthen, and ground you.

Our core offering includes Reformer Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Sound Baths, Cacao Ceremonies, and Women Circles – thoughtfully created to support every stage of your cycle and every state of being.

At HERSPACE Pasing, this experience expands even further.
In addition to our core classes, you can immerse yourself in Guided Wellness Journeys, enjoy the regenerating effects of the Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Sauna Rituals, and discover the transformative power of our signature Redlight Classes.

Credits purchased at HERSPACE via Bsport are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, credits can be used flexibly for all classes. Credits are non-refundable and will expire if not used within the validity period. You can conveniently purchase credits directly through the official HERSPACE website.

Please note: The Welcome Package, offered at a special reduced price, is only valid for 1 month and cannot be extended—no matter the reason. So be sure to make the most of it and enjoy every moment!

1.⁠ ⁠Download the App – Search for HERSPACE.MUNICH in the App Store and install it. Alternatively, you can see the course schedule on our website: https://www.herspace-munich.com.

2.⁠ ⁠Create Your Profile – Sign up and set up your account.

3.⁠ ⁠Go to the Schedule – Click on the “Kursplan” to see all available classes.

4.⁠ ⁠Choose Your Class – Select the class you want to join and click weiter (continue).

5.⁠ ⁠Select Your Pass or preferred Ticket

6.⁠ ⁠Confirm Your Booking – Click kaufen (purchase) to complete your registration.

7.⁠ ⁠Check In at the Studio – When you arrive, scan the QR code in your Wellpass app to check in.

For HERSPACE PASING:
At this stage, access to all classes, rituals, and experiences is available exclusively through HERSPACE Credits.
We currently do not collaborate with any third-party fitness or wellness platforms at our new location in Pasing (e.g. Urban Sports Club or similar aggregators).

We want to make our courses accessible to everyone, which is why we offer exclusive discounts for single parents, students, and others in need of financial support. If you qualify, simply use the code STUDENTS20 or STRONGESTMOMS20 for our regular packages or any Drop-Ins.

2. Tap on Bookings at the bottom.
3. You’ll see all the classes you’ve signed up for.
4. If you are before the 12-hour cancellation period, you can cancel for free.

If you booked with credits, they will be refunded to your account.

Our trainers put so much love into every session – and the warm-up is super important for your safety and flow.

For Reformer and Strength classes, we might be able to let you in up to 5–10 minutes late – but only if it doesn’t disrupt the vibe.

Yoga starts right on time and we close the door at the exact start – we begin with a calm meditation, and want everyone to feel settled and safe.

If you miss your class, there’s maybe a chance to hop into another one (if there’s space). We’ll always try our best for you – but can’t promise.

Best tip: Plan a little extra time – it helps you arrive peacefully and keeps the magic of the class alive for everyone.
