In this special offering, we explore the traditional yogic cleansing techniques as mentioned in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. These techniques are designed to balance and purify the body, preparing it as a steady vessel for deeper spiritual practice. Expect a brief theoretical introduction to Shatkarma followed by simple all-level flow with practical application of selected Kriyas.
